Vet = RUN AWAY or DIE FIGHTING<\/strong>
\nDecember 26th 2006<\/em><\/p>\n

I am settling into my new den. <\/p>\n

Life is pretty sweet because I get to do whatever I want. <\/em><\/p>\n

Anyway, things were moving along nicely when suddenly I was packed up into the moving den again. <\/p>\n

It wasn’t long before we reached a new and interesting scent location. <\/p>\n

I was busy picking up all the calling cards of my canine friends when I was rudely pulled away and led into a new area that smelled like danger. Nevertheless, I put on a good face because I got to meet some new female subjects who made a fuss over me. <\/p>\n

Then … in came the white coated female.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

<\/div>\n

I could smell that she was trouble with a capital T<\/strong><\/a>. I tried to get away<\/a>, but one of my new female subjects suddenly turned betrayer! She held onto me while the white coated one poked and prodded me. <\/p>\n

At one point they forced a contraption onto my snout that prevented me from keeping them at bay with my fierce puppy teeth<\/a>.
\n[Note to self – Make sure never to allow that snout thing<\/strong> again!<\/em>] <\/p>\n

I fought for my life but alas my 10 pound frame was no match for the over 100 pound Amazons holding me down. <\/p>\n

But I will not go down without a fight!!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everybody else knows the program and gives me lots of treats and hugs. If the vet would just FOLLOW THE PROGRAM, I won’t have to go ninja on her ass next time.\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Shiba Inu Diary – Sephy’s first visit to the vet. The vet had to muzzle Shiba Sephy in order to give him his shots and a physical examination. At the end of the visit, the vet told us to return Sephy because he had a very unbalanced temperament. I later learned that many Shibas are very sensitive to restraint\/handling.
